MISSION AND VISION

The mission of the Coalition shall be to improve the quality of life for African Americans through partnership with Fayette County community in addressing health disparities.

The vision of the Coalition is to promote healthy living by educating, evaluating and eliminating health disparities, such as diabetes, in the Fayette County African American communities.
